The Center for Victim Safety and Support helps anyone who has been a victim of a crime in Dutchess County as long as they live, work, worship or attend school here. We can also assist a victim of a crime is the crime took place here in Dutchess County. We provide advocacy, accompaniment, case management, crime victim’s compensation, two 24-hour hotlines (845-452-7272 and 845-485-5550), a chatline that operates from 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday: Text: 845.583.0800 or www.resourceconnect/cvss/chat/, short-term clinical therapy, information about other community resources and referrals if need to these other agencies.
